I’m Kim Sprague, Pregnancy and Post Natal Yoga specialist. I teach courses and private clients in Maidenhead, Burnham, Marlow, Beaconsfield and London.
I often work with women whose pregnancy brings them to the yoga mat for the first time as well as those with more experience who want to adapt their practice safely. Whether in a group class with other mums-to-be or working 121, it is so rewarding watching my pregnant clients explore and develop their yoga practice along with their growing bump.
Once your bundle of joy has arrived and you’ve had your six week medical check (10 week if C-section) I also create a special opportunity for some mummy tlc with my post natal yoga sessions. Babies are welcome but the focus is on supporting mum through her journey in a relaxed way that allows for dipping in and out for feeds etc.
