My name is Natasha and I have been a personal trainer for 13years. I specialise in working pre and postnatal woman. I love what I do and the fact that I help woman everyday.

I teach a selection of pregnancy and postnatal classes in Datchet. I also offer one2one sessions at a local Gym or your own home. As a mum of a busy little boy I understand what it is like to be pregnant, trying to do your best for your unborn child, what comes after they get here (all about them and not about you – but you are important) and that it is all about getting the balance right.

If you are pregnant or who have already given birth needed a trusted source for your health and fitness needs, someone they could count on to keep them motivated, understand how they are feeling at this special/busy stage of their life and teach them what they need to do to not only get in shape now, but stay in shape for the rest of their lives. Mums2Be Pregnancy Exercise by Martina (Datchet)

“I have attended Natasha’s Mums2be Pregnancy exercise classes and also her Breathing and Deep Relaxation sessions in Datchet. Both classes were fantastic and great preparation for the birth of my son Thomas. It was helpful to interact with other women and share concerns about our impending births. Mums2be classes are great exercise for strengthening and stretching core muscles. Especially if like me, you previously did very little exercise. Deep Breathing and Relaxation sessions were helpfully to understand and practice birthing techniques and different birthing positions. They were a great help in preparing for labour and understanding the birthing process so I was not as scared as I may have been. Natasha is great trainer and very knowledgeable about particular exercises for pregnancy. My three Hour labour is testimonial to that.”

Postnatal Pilates by Marianne (Datchet)

“I’ve been taking Natasha’s postnatal pilates classes for the last couple of months after having my first baby. I’ve not done lots of pilates before (usually do yoga or cardio classes) but Natasha makes it incredibly accessible. The classes have been brilliant for strengthening pelvic floor and core muscles, as advertised. But they also help stretch out the tension and aches i didn’t realise were in my body from carrying and feeding the baby, and provide relaxation. Natasha gives clear instructions and treats everyone as individuals, babies are welcome too which is great and my little one loves watching the moves and listening to Natasha’s soothing voice! I would recommend her classes without hesitation; I only wish i had known about Natasha’s classes when i was pregnant as well!”
